A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on the Kenya Keynote Tour 2026.
The remaining balance is due in full by September 1, 2026, prior to departure for Kenya.
Failure to submit full payment by this date may result in forfeiture of your spot on the tour.
Non-Refundable Payments
All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of international travel, community partnerships, venue bookings, and advance logistical planning, funds are allocated immediately upon receipt.
Attendee Cancellation or Inability to Attend
If an attendee is unable to attend the Keynote Tour for any reason (including but not limited to personal, medical, professional, or travel-related issues), payments will not be refunded.
Any funds paid minus expenses already incurred (including but not limited to hotel accommodations, in-country transportation, meals, venue bookings, or other prepaid arrangements) will be rolled over as a credit toward the next upcoming Keynote Tour.
Dates for the next Keynote Tour will be announced at a later time.
Credits are non-transferable and must be used for a future Keynote Tour only.
Host Cancellation or Date Changes
In the unlikely event that the host of the Kenya Keynote Tour is unable to move forward with the promised scheduled dates, attendees will have the option to choose one of the following:
A full credit toward the next upcoming Keynote Tour, or
A full refund of all monies paid.
Acknowledgment
By registering for the Kenya Keynote Tour 2026, participants acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and payment policy in full.
